The kid is massively in debt and hoped he would get money from the fathers' estate. There was about 40k in cash, and once he died, we found out the old man had over 75k in credit card debt alone. The kid is not getting penny and the credit card companies are pissed off that legal fees and executor fees come of the top and they get pennies on the dollar.
You want to laugh - two days before the guy died, he took 5k in cash out of a credit card and gave it to the kid, and the card company is claiming fraud. LMFAO!!!
