Then you shouldn't be posting on here at all...
Kids do that all the time, I used to as well...was funny to do.

What you should do is lay on the floor---look at yourself in the mirror, there is a minor vacuum right there...now suck in, visualizing your stomach curling up, hold it, also inhaling....hold it, then exhale. Try for diff periods of time...
Then as you get good at it, you can do like Cormier used to do, or go from side to side.
