Fairly clean too
2-3 huge bowls of brown rice, large plates of pasta w/sauce, 2lbs ground beef, at least 1Lb turkey,
apple sauce, potatoes (spaced over 4 meals)
probably will only have a small amount of junk: couple slices of apple pie and a few dinner rolls
Are you going to eat all of that day in-day out because youre hungry...or because youre bulking for a show?
If not, why plan your whole day around couple bowls or rice and couple pounds of meat...its silly if you think about it. why bother..
