take a look at this thread even though there is steroids in prison very few prisoners take them this is what a high level bulky natural can look like. you can be pretty large if you dont have single digit bf. when i was in the join as a youth there was lots of guys that could bench 400 white and black guys a few even got close to 500. A lot of 500lb deadlifters they didnt have more the collars where welded on and there wasnt any or very very few steroids there.

What was the point of this thread?? To illustrate that people can hold a bit of size/strength, while living on prison slop without the calories or the Test.

I met his nephew in a gym in Harrow once, he said to me "your a big guy, my uncle was a well known BB'er" so I said "oh yeah, what was his name" thinking he was an idiot.
