whatever motivates you to stay active with the least amount of calories is what you should be consuming. Most people never pay close enough attention to themselves to ever figure this out....Or they are the other type of person who DOESNT take advantage of these SMALL energy spikes throughout the day and does nothing productive with these spikes of energy
thats why i love natural sugary low fat approach to losing weight
if this is practiced on a vegetarian plan, youll eat till you dont feel like you need any more of it. No forced restrictions. Your body will be able to read internally what its consuming and send clearer signals to the brain on a vegetarian diet and let you know when is enough because it will shut down taste bud sensitivity
on the other hand in theory you can lose fat with low carbs or low glycemic carbs thus keeping your insulin low but other processes in the body will reverse the theoretical benifit of low insulin and low carbs
i remember when i used to eat meat and do low carbs.... but then switched to eating carbs or having a carb up that i couldnt stop eating my carbs and my metabolism seemd to get off track for days. meat seems to scramble the hunger signals and put an unnessesary load on metabolism
