That's a great logo. Dan Snyder needs to go for the sake of all skins fans. Joe Gibbs couldn't even save them.

Second game I understand...

There was no excuse for us to lose the first game!  With all the fuck ups the Cowbows made, plus Tony's hurt Rib, we should've had that game in the bag... what was it?  4 bad tosses from the center?  I'm surprised they kept him in the game!

I tell ya man...  Its a tough time to be a Redskins fan!

I was a Redskins fan growing up.  I quit being a fan after the Panthers were born, and then Danny Boy bought the team and ruined it.

All hail Chief Puntzalot. When I lived up there it was great to listen to the game on the AM radio with Sonny Jergenson and a couple other older skins guys. They where always more interested in the food people would bring them than the game.

Sonny Jurgenson, Sam Huff, and Frank Herzog.

We used to watch the games on tv, turn the sound down, and put on the radio broadcast.

"Touchdown! Washington Redskins..."  (many have probably forgotten what this sounds like)

Dude, your quarter back is Rec Grossman. He would be the 2nd back up on most teams.

It really is a shame that the Redskins franchise is so downtrodden these days. I can't imagine why lifelong season ticket holders can still stomach going to the games. Despite being one of the most profitable franchises, it's inexcusable for the product they put on the field. Just sad. Dan Synder hands down is one of the worst owners in football. But he isn't shy about showcasing those 3 Lombardi trophies at Redskins headquarters.(which he had NOTHING to do with winning)

Shanahan will be given one more season to right the ship. He's running out of excuses. He's had a couple offseasons to insert his type of players into his system. But QB is the position of need, along with a deep threat. The problem is that there aren't many top notch QB's in the NFL to go around.

I have been lucky over the years.  My Pats have been good for a long time now.  ;D
