He just grew old.

His acting never went anywhere (like that of 99% of the bodybuilders who tried it)

He has a degree on something from a degree-mill (that's like a fake university)

He's written a few books, one of them on nutrition which was a mixture of bro-science and some crazy ideas (mega, mega doses of vitamins).

He actually had better facial genetics than Arnold...if he wasn't constantly in Arnold's shadow and developed his personality, he could have parlayed a image of the "lady's man"...
