50mg per day for 4-6wks of use is fairly standard. You can go as high as 100mg per day but most guys don't need more than 50mg. Doses above 100mg per day are in my opinion a complete waste of Anadrol. Anadrol has a very sharp falloff point unlike most anabolic steroids. For example, a dosing of 150mg per day will more than likely not produce much more than 100mg per day.
I wouldn't run it alone. With enough food you can easily gain as much as 20lbs in 4-6wks and depending on your response your strength should go up fairly well...it's just impossible to know how much. However, if it's alone, after a 4-6wk run you can pretty well guarantee the gains you made will fade away fairly fast.
