just a gym rat. i don't think i'm really that knowledgeable, there's a lot of things i still don't know. i just know a lot of the basics, usually from personal experience and then trying to figure out why things happen to either minimize sides or increase gains. also i've recklessly experimented with a lot of stuff just out of curiosities sake, which is pretty dumb and even dumber that i still continue to do it with certain things, except for high dosages of aas because i'm worried about my hair at this point, lol

i read every other board even the private ones barely anybody knows about but came here because i've been really bored lately with nothing to do at the moment so i've just been posting a lot to take up some time. would like to get back to training seriously again but extenuating circumstances in real life has put a lot of things on hold so i don't know when that's going to happen, hopefully soon because i truthfully enjoy lifting for the sake of lifting

a good friend linked me a thread or a post on here a long time ago, how i initially found out about getbig.

Anyone humble enough to say something like what I highlighted definitely has a ton of knowledge.
