Iran, a third world country that doesn't even have the logistical capability to bomb Israel - will suddenly pose a threat to the US?
Let's not subsidize the defense of Israel and third world Muslim oil tycoons. If Israel, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, and other countries in the Middle East feel threatened by Iran, they should pay (and face the consequences) for disarming them, not us.
Exactly. These politicians play upon the fears of the simple minded. Iran is on the other side of the world and has nothing to gain and everything to lose starting a war with us. The same can be said of China. Why would China attack us when we buy all their shoddy goods? Not to mention, they are living here and increasingly buying up property. Dr.Strangelove logic.
