I have been prescribed test enanthate by my doc the last 6 years, at 200mg a week and feel like a million bucks! but dont forget the expense of an antiestrogen like arimidex to keep your estrogen levels in the normal range, as well as H.C.G. to keep your testes "awake". So there are some expenses involved, but i would NEVER tell my insurance, or they would drop my ass in a heart beat!!

I get a full physical and blood tests once a year and my blood tests are fine other than a higher than normal red blood cell count (which can be lowered by giving blood) other than that, cholesterol, BP, thyroid, estrogen, etc, etc, is fine.

So, basically, DO NOT TELL YOUR INSURANCE THAT YOU ARE LOOKING TO GO ON H.R.T!! They will flag your file and it will be in your file. H.R.T. is pretty cheap at $100 for a 10 cc, 200mg per cc vial of testosterone  enanthate, which lasts me 10 weeks, and the arimidex is taken 3 times a week at $3 a capsule, and h.c.g. costs $100 and last about 10 weeks, so figure $290 for 10 weeks of therapy, which comes out to around $1450 per year, plus a $300 blood test, comes out to a total of $1750 per year, or $145 per month, or $36 per week. Most people spend more on bullshit supplements and dirty protein powders.

Don't forget, that your medical records can be subpoenad at any time depending on the situation. Make sure that you and your doctor work together on how he types the notes and records for his files. Having a long-time doc who knows whats going on with you is a great priveledge. He can type his records/notes in such a way that leave things open-ended. You are both then protected.

Ambiguous comes to mind. A doctor that truly understands your situation doesnt want either of you hung out to dry.

Don't think for one fucking second that his records are confidential. They aren't.
