SM Ripped Mix and Oxide Ultra Ripped

Has anyone ever tried SM Ripped Mix or Oxide Ultra Ripped?
How did you run it?
What results did you get?
I'm thinking of running Ripped Mix pre-contest but I'm not sure if I should shoot 2ml EOD, or 1ml ED for 5 days and weekends off..

Think those are fairly new additions to the list. Might get a lot more feedback on olm.
