I just can't get over some of the stuff said about Jay in this thread.
Jay looks fantastic at this dropped weight but will probably never be Mr.O again. Whoever said he is a small pro, Jay has always been a big boy he was around 250lbs at age 15 and benched 315 his first day in the gym.
I don't know how many of you really know this but Jay has always been as strong as shit. I asked Ronnie backstage at the 2006 Mr.O and he admitted that Jay was stronger than him. Jay just likes to train lighter to stay injury free.
His real strength lies in Strongman so I think he should forget the bodybuilding and just bulk up past 300lbs and start lifting logs again. He could dominate for the next few years to come if he put his mind to it. The guy has fantastic self belief.
no he wasnt and no he never...............
also, he would do fuck all in strong man... he would be lucky to qualify, simply because he's a midget in strong man terms, t
heres no one under 6ft winning wsm these days, simply wont happen
jays what, 5'8 or somthing?, super pudz was 6'2 and he was on the short side
