Currently no clue. Best ever. 145 x 52; 225 x 15; 385 x 3; 425 x 1 paused, drug free, in a tee shirt, at a bw of 143. :) -EK
You repped 225 for 15 and claim you can hit 385 for a triple?  Bullshit, utter bullshit.

Why would I bullshit? You can look up all my contest results. Feel free. Makes no difference to me. I KNOW what I've done and can prove all my contest lifts. What can you do besides call people names on the internet? What a joke. -EK

Yeah I'm always torn between the ego side of strength numbers and trying to keep with a bodybuilding type regiment so I pretty much end up treading water in both categories lol. I can't stick with one or the other  :-\

Know what you mean bro tough decision for sure. But theres no bad thing about lifting heavy in terms of gains, so I think its helpful doing both ego and non ego lifts once in a while..

It sounds way off for me. I could not hit 385 for a triple but can do 225x30

Just because YOU can't do it, doesn't mean it can't be done. How self-absorbed! -EK

I did not dispute it.

I said it sounded way off.

I know a guy who would not be able to do 10 reps with 220 but can bench 310.

"It sounds way off for me," sounds like you were disputing it, unless you meant "for me" as in "what I can personally do" and not, "what I find believable." If that IS the case, I apologize; it's hard to derive meaning from written word here. -EK

That is EXTREMELY hard for me to believe too. Is that a case of working SOLELY on max 1 rep power and doing ZERO higher rep endurance work? So in effect your triceps give out quicker?

To be able to press 400lbs on only get 15 is just crazy but I suppose we are all built different.

That's exactly what it was. I was a light-weight powerlifter; hypertrophy was not only not a goal, I tried to avoid getting size that I didn't need, because the guys at the 165's were unbelievably strong. For me, for about 12 years, anything more tham 3-5 reps was a warm-up. Even speed work days were 9 sets of 3 (general Westside routine). I don't know what else to tell you. I wish I could have done 225 for 20-25; I couldn't. My triceps fatigued to quickly and I stopped at 15 the few times I tried to rep it out. -EK

Yeah but you're a fat ass now and nobody gives a shit about weightlifting videos from 1995.

Nothing more pathetic than someone having to post old pictures and videos in an attempt to "fit in" with the conversation.

lol sherrif, not only is that old as reviously said, you dont even look like youve touched a weight in your life.

monstrous forearms, right there on the level of a female 100lbs secretary

prime example on why bench doesnt mean shit in bodybuilding.

now if you considr yourself a,erm, powerlifter(haha), then that all doesnt matter.

check my pics idiot :P
