That is EXTREMELY hard for me to believe too. Is that a case of working SOLELY on max 1 rep power and doing ZERO higher rep endurance work? So in effect your triceps give out quicker?To be able to press 400lbs on only get 15 is just crazy but I suppose we are all built different.
i am 78.5 kg now and can bench press 120 kg 9-10 reps..here are some videos,.. the first (very old video) i was 69 kg pressing 140 kg for one rep.. the 2nd i was about 83 kg pressing 140 kg for 3 reps and then 100 kg for 15 reps.. my heaviest lift was 155 kg for one rep and i was about 83 kg..
