CKD is what you are looking for to do .. ( I think ) ... sorry if I'm mistaken but Lyle's plan is what you should read up on

http://thinkmuscle.com/nutrition/cyclical-ketogenic-diet-carbing-up/

That was ages ago, he's invented the UD2.0 since

http://www.bodyrecomposition.com/ultimate-diet-20

7 day cyclical keto program,
5 days low-carbs, 1 carb refeed, 1 maintenance day
4 workouts a week, 2 depletion, one power, one hypertrophy

Supposedly cuts you up without losing any muscle, some people on his forum have even gotten more muscular

It's a damn demanding schedule though

I doubt that Keto yields better results than eating what you want but staying in a caloric deficit.

working out, doing cardio and staying in a caloric deficit should be enough to get you where ever it is you want to go.

I tried to read his UD book...unless he revised it, I am not sure I could do it...CKD was phenomenal...but truth be told, I really got more sick of the carb up days than the keto days.  I stopped craving all those foods...and dreaded buying them after a while (frosted flakes, low fat cookies, low fat chips....)

The one main thing though...the day after the carb ups...PHENOMENAL training day

lol, I think you mean the ketogenic diet... that one is massive, more than 300 pages

the ultimate diet 2.0 is about 70 if I remember rightly

I think he meant the structure of the program. I read a few pages of the ud2 myself and just ended up saying to hell with it.

Haha, probably.........
Although, I give credit where it's due, he has been in better condition than a LOT of people who post here.
That one shot where he is wearing jeans/hands in front, he is shredded to bits.
I think he could do it, how he will look at the end with out any Test in the mix is another story.

No, I read the Keto book, it had nothing to do with the length  I AM referring to the UD one...just something about it just made me just not want to finish reading it.
