Nearly everyone I see at the gym is not there to get strong, they're there to show how strong they already are.  This is why you see shitloads of people benching (or trying to bench) 225 but never anyone benching 220 or 230.  I'm way more impressed by the guy benching 135 one week, then 155 a month later, 185 a few more months, etc., than the guy having his bro row 225 off his chest week after week.

prob cant do 1 full rep of 315

I bet he could do quite a few with 315, but more than a double with 405?  Doubtful.

Biggest bench press I've seen in person was 375 done by a 6'2" person with a large frame.
Have never seen one of the dwarf warriors strutting it, press more than 275 - all with battle cry and elbows flared out way past the end of the milky way.

the deadlift is off by a mile, Kaz never pulled anywhere near 974.
Once again Wiki has sent us wrong info...go figure!

Not that much but I held the Alberta Bench record as a junior, no shirt, I was 162 and benched 276.5.
