Its really only good for stength and a boost in the gym. I know plenty of strongmen swear by the stuff for competition. They take it roughly 1.5-2hrs before hand and they're ready to rock. I've used it myself as a training boost and can say it gives more vascularity during training, more strength and a bloody sore head. Just be careful as ego training can take over and your joints might not be able to cope. I was using 0.4ml
