What most effective GH protocol?

I need some feedback from experienced users, Iam running kigs 10iu every day, so my question to u guys, what will be better results running 20iu eod or 15iu on workout days and 5iu off days?

I'm going to disagree, do 3iu a day 5times a day on training days and 5iu split into two doses on non training days

can you explain why 3iu better then 10iu?

he's saying 5 shots of 3 ius on workout days so every 3-4 hours take a shot of 3iu on workout days and then 2.5 iu twice a day on non workout days.

Oh I see that make sense, another word take every shot before every meal on workout days. Ill try that staring next week, thanks for a good advise :)
