Nope.  Not instant..

If I missed it, please point it out (I'm not proud or closed to learning, just gay), but in most medical cases (including gunshot wounds), patients are easily stabilized with chest tube insertion and resolvent of any pneumothorax.

You can't be serious with this statement.....you should take a second (with all due respect) to learn the differnce between a type-1 and type-2 AC joint.  Look at the research of pressing movements combined with each type of joint.  For example, for someone with a type-2 AC, BTN presses are an absolutely NO NO...the impingement that occurs will absolutely lead to a rotator strain/tear/etc etc

yeah i know but, you are talking about genetic structure of the shoulder and not a whole lot can be done with that except surgery. most people are still going to press regardless and, pressing puts a significant strain on the RC, and it's usually the only thing that bottlenecks me when lifting. my pecs and shoulders will recover a lot faster than my RC because i'm hitting my RC multiple times a week, so i wouldn't add anymore RC exercises a week.

i'm pretty sure i'm a type 2 or 3, since my shoulders are always impinged and hurt. i think i inherited it from my dad as he had the same issue and had his long bicep tendon severed due to impingement even though he doesn't lift.

That is because I am superior and these fagggots live in some equalitarian delusion that everyone is the same, and they want to feel like they are just as smart as me which is why they try so desperately to prove me wrong. Well, fuck these fagggots. I am better than them, and I am smarter than them. Tough luck, faggs!!

It is amazing that even after all these years, these sissies think they can hurt my feelings by saying mean things to me. They keep doing it even though I won't go away, and even though I laugh off all their sissy attempts at hurting me. Now, some of these fagggots will reply to this post of mine with "meltdown". So predictible. Einstein once defined insanity as doing the same shit over and over again expecting a different result. Well, these fagggots motherfuckers do it, it doesen't work, and they keep doing it after years and years. It is incredible. The more these fairies insult me and the more they gang up on me(like fagggots on PMS), the more I laugh at them and the more I resolve to stay and keep being exactly like I am. I hope I annoy them until they have a heart attack or stroke.

Well, I guess I was owned...I got a call from homeland security telling me SMM discovered the conspiracy about Reagan NOT being shot in the lung...they did their best to cover it up.  Nope, Inspector Muscle was on the case....  ::)

They are connected via the bronchi...not by other lung tissue.  In any event, are you seriously that arrogant that you are doubting what is FACT about the example I gave you??  Because YOU doubt....its not true.  Its a FACT.  The assassination attempt caused a tension pneumothorax.  Can't believe I am wasting my time with you.  This is akin to the time that you were spouting off at the mouth and used the wrong connotation of a word and was called out on it, but said you did so because thats how the "common man" used it.

In fact, SMM, here is the xray of Pres. Reagan AFTER the assassination, SHOWING the bullet.  Do you know WHY one lung field is darker than the other???

Yes, they are connected via the bronchii. Where have I stated they are connected via "lung tissue"? LOL!!!

So make sure to strengthen your rotator cuff. The best way to do this is with isometric lateral raises. Grab heavy dumbbells and perform lateral raises, but hold the weight for 10 seconds when your arms are at a 90 degree angle from the floor. Then increase to 15 seconds and so on until you can hold it for 30 seconds. After that, increase the weight and rpeat the preocess so on and so forth.

When your arms are 90 degrees from the floor your hands would be at your side.

You mean when your arms are parallel with the floor.

Rotator cuff injury and here is why: the only thing that all torso exercises, be it back, pec, delt or arm movements have in common is that they all involve the rotator cuff joint to one degree or another. Even triceps exercises, like French presses and triceps pulldowns, require you to strain your rotator cuff joint by keeping it steady. It is impossible to perform any upper boy exercise except for barbell curls without the involvement of the rotator cuff joint and the middle deltoid head that is the primary muscle involved in moving it. If you tear your quad, the second largest muscle in the body besides the buttocks, you can still work your calves and himstrings and all your upper body. If you tear your latissimus, you can still work your mid and lower back as well as your lower body. Both the latissiums and quadriceps are much larger muscles than the delt muscles involved in moving the rotator cuff joint, and yet tearing the latter has far more devastating consequences for bodybuilding.

If you tear your rotator cuff joint, your bodybuilding is over forever. You won't be able to perform any upper body exercise, and it never heals 100% again. Recovery takes 6 months to a year, and you will lose 50% of your upper body strength forever. You will only be able to bench, military press and barbell row 50% of the weight you once could. It is the end.

After that, increase the weight and rpeat the preocess so on and so forth.

two completely torn quads at the same time sucks too, and than couple that with 2 blood clots in the lungs not a good time.
