I remember when he was a palumbot, then he ditched Dave and bad mouthed keto

he is big no doubt but overall shape isnt impressive and his conditioning is boofy at best

To be honest, I do believe Palumbo gives these guys conservative cycles. He prob does care about their health, somewhat. Then they go to another guru who simply tells them to up the dosages and no shit, they get better results. They then go ahead and bad mouth Palumbo. I met Palumbo in person sitting in a restaurant. The guy is actually very personable in real life. I spoke to him and he was very down to earth and stuff. He said he does care about the health of people who he outlines programs for.

I agree.  What bodybuilder looks great in the offseason?   The guy looks impressive as hell when he nails his conditioning.  I can understand hating on him for his absurd lies (I bet he's using minimum 25ius), but the hate on his physique isn't justified.
