I wouldn't call the suicide bombers "victims" necessarily.  ::) PERHAPS that is true in Palestine and Israel, but not so with the terrorists who attacked the United States on 9/11. For the most part, those were ideologically driven people who were radicalized by neocolonialism on the part of the United States and the United Kingdom.
