Gotta remember Dexter is 40 and 15-20 lbs is not realistic at his age/level and make it shredded. He could add 3-5 maybe but that will be hard.

Well that the part CE played on that movie.  My trainer (kevin Morgan) started as Lila Ali's trainer but "got fired" got fired (she went to someone else) becasue he had too many other guys in his stable. He wanted to train a lady so badly to get a piece of ass at the same time.
