Yes, the women was intoxicated and probably being disorderly when she was in the casino and verbally abusive towards the cops but She barely touched him with her feet. The way he acted was like she pulled a gun on him and was about too kill him, Now if they happened then Kicking someone to physically defend themselves from getting killed wouldnt be wrong. Just another cop going on a POWER TRIP.
takes a real cop to kick people in the face when they are on the ground with hands cuffed behind their backthey do this all the time he probably provoked her to do what she did with verbal cues
