he recomended clen in the morning with a grapefruit fresh .. I take 60mcg and sometimes 80mcg. At night I take 50mcg ... you are drenched in sweat and I am waking up at least once to change clothes .. he gave me very good advice .. it's working much better than what I did before.
Do you take the t3 on empty stomach ?
Do you eat after you taking it, i mean it doesn't mess your stomach taking it without food?

Way to stay ontop of the cardio... every week I tell myself this is the week I start doing cardio then, and every week I come up with a million excuses! And I ate a ton of waffles today, so this really should be the week I start cardio again! 
i tell myself the same thing but with dieting, damn and i was so disciplined 4 weeks ago...
cardio is fucking amazing i don't see what problem you have, just hop on the machine put some chill music and start to walk/run/cycle, 5mins in and you are deep into your thoughts.
today i planned on light 20mins cardio ended up doing 1hour and i could stay there for another one if i hadn't any plans.
