Saw his video a while back, no fuckin way he's 260 and ripped, by doing isometrics, calisthenics, and eating Ramen and Tuna, with no drugs. No way, he's a liar. He was on BB.com forum a few years ago talking that all natural, never did a single PED, or GH 
I remember him in vids with the guy with piercings, doing biceps and he kept saying "Kali Muscle, all nat-chu-ral baby!" This was back when he was lighter.
And he competes, please...
I wonder if his kidney's are ok, because those Ramen Noodles are high in sodium, like a mofo.
Now, if one does isometrics, and calisthenics, you are only going to get so big, no matter how many reps and sets you do.
