here is example...

the best best 'beef' for bodybuild = deer..
no one will give a fuck teling you that,, no one will ,,deer si a big secret among bodybuild lean growth ofcourse together with hormones but it is MUCH MCUH MUCH better than any beef out thee from all aspect,, it also tastier than most beef,,

Agreed.

The only real point in which I differ with mighty gH is the idea that the biggest pros aren't also typically the strongest.  Yates, Coleman, Cormier (hey, he did hit like 255 in awesome shape, didn't he?), Francois, Ruhl, Bertil Fox, Levrone, JJ, Branch, Tom Prince -- those are some strong motherfuckers, and few men match them in either strength or sheer muscle size/thickness.  Shit, even Dex could bench 405 for 5-6 and "Chihuahua" Ray moved a pair of 150s or better on the incline like it was a regular thing.

On the contrary:

I can't speak to Fux, but Nasser's relative lack of strength is well-documented by Rob Fortney.  Plenty of people have said Dillet wasn't strong on any exercise.

So, two or three guys versus at least six or more ... I dunno.  I realize strength gains as a means of hypertrophy MUST be finite, but apart from simply upping the dose, I gotta say I reckon the best way to get bigger over time is to improve that 6, 8 and/or 10RM.

I agree, most are very strong. It could be argued that they didn't have to train that heavy (could of got the same results with more volume/moderate weight), so maybe that's what he's getting at. No need to kill your joints, unless you like lifting heavy, is what I've always got from his posts.
