Well, at least they're not lifting heavy weights. This is more like just body weight workouts. So I'm not against this.

I saw the dad take one of them through a set of dumbbell presses.  For a little squirt, it was pretty heavy stuff :\

My little sister could do easy chin ups when she was little with no training at all. Kids are good at this stuff when they are little but grow out of it when they get bigger.
