My bro fucked his back up trying to buck me off him when I took his back today after he muscled up on me and got side control, went for an americana, not good technique, wrong side, I escaped and took his back.
Hes 215lbs nat. I was always 150 to 165lbs nat. He would ragdoll me. Took his back, worked for a few minutes for a choke, he defended well, I taught him well. He shoots up trying to buck me and hurts his back, not bad just a stinger. I was 202lbs in my winter coat. He thought I was 170ish. LOL
I would never have been heavier than 170lbs, I would never be physically equal to him, he's 6'1", I'm a shade over 5'10", and I shared the womb with my sister, so I didn't get the advantages he had as a fetus/infant.
Now, we are nearly equal, and I don't have 1 friend that has ever been his equal. The guy naturally hang cleans 300lbs, and has hands like vice grips and thighs like tree trunks, and he still can run fast as fuck for being 31 and sitting in a truck all day. I mean this fucking guy is a specimen, a legit 4 star college football recruit in his day, once he got rammed by a waverunner with a 300lb baffoon on it, hand to have been going 15mph, rammed straight in his thigh, and it lauched him about 30 ft, and he ends up with a bad bruise. I would have shattered my femur, in about 50 places, and could have even died from that kind of impact and resulting injury. I've seen him break facemasks off helmets, break bones on routine hits, and knock people out with a simple shoulder barge.
Equals.
Equals.
Not really, but AAS has made me closer than I ever thought possible. BTW before I ever did a cycle was our last real fight, when I was about 17 and he was 19. I won.
