The problem with juicing is that you have to cycle on and off. When off you feel like crap and your body starts to look like crap. Then you have to juice again. It becomes almost like an addiction. You can't live your life around chasing down dealers to get your syringes and vials. Eventually due to health, finances or legal reasons you have to go off for real. If that's 3 years of cycling or 10 when you go off for an extended period you won't even want to go to a gym. Most ex steroid users say the same thing. It's a waste of time training without juice. That's sad.
You don't really have to, it depends on how healthy you are/how well you handle the AAS.
I am thinking of staying on for the first time, but I may just stay on really low doses (3-500mg weekly, no orals ever). I think that is a healthy way to look much better than average.
I don't need to be 250lbs. Being a very lean and active 200-210 is fine with me at 5'9-5'10''. I don't need to be in contest shape ever, 8-10% bf is fine by me, no desire to ever use diuretics
or anything like that.
I think too many people think you have to be extreme when it comes to drug use. You don't have to at all though. You don't have to use the harsher stuff, and you don't have to tax your body
to death for a certain look. You just have to lower your standards and expectations of what you 'should' look like as a steroid user. Too many people on this board criticize guys by saying they
look like swimmers or they look like they don't even lift. In reality, anyone that is lean enough to have good abs and carries at least a decent amount of athletic looking mass is far better than the average American look.
If you do insist on cycling, there is no reason to look like crap while off steroids, and there is no reason to lose your desire to train. That is just lazy people talking.
When you come off, deal with the fact you will lose size. There is no reason to get fat though, what is wrong with carrying 10-20lbs less but being a lean 8-10% still?
Sure training won't be as great, and strength won't be as high, but anyone should be able to get a good amount of blood flowing into their muscles if they are training right, on
AAS or not. Just check your ego at the door, know you won't be as strong, and wait until you get back on before being concerned about hitting certain numbers. Just my opinion.
