I feel best and get's the strongest when I eat huge meals

don't you? instead of eating like a bird 8 times aday.

I also find my energy is way up and I can go without food much longer. digestions and bowel movements defenetly benefits. could it be true that constantly pounding food, especially of the protein variety can be poisonous? yes, probably. Carbo hydrates and is often the most vital nutrient for your brain. just look at all the carbs, vitamins and minerals and complete protein green peas contain for example. Some other vital food I use and would recommend is beets, bananas, cooked potatoes (as raw contains poision), corn

And secondly...qualify why you think carbs are so "vital."

carbs found in nature are usually packed with essential life sustaining nutrients. We find many minerals, vitamins, phytonutrient, and such in vegetables, legumes ,fruit, eggs and so forth.

contrary to meat these don't need to be cooked much if any, so it retains these compounds in a living form, it will directly go in you body and make it live.
