market for serostim,,and fakes

Wondering what is the deal with human grade gh, the most common is stim.  I know there are fakes of this, but how bad is it?  Human grade test amps, id say the market is saturated with fakes and the majority of amps being sold are fakes.  No data to back this up just my guess by the number of threads i see in pics section of guys posting pics of human grade amps and 9/10 guys screaming fake, and the fact that one of the "golden" human grade sources of all time has been duped and sold fake test, so id say it is getting pretty bad.

How bad is it for gh?  More fakes then real for stim and other human grade gh?  I know about chinese, its all the same shit from the same factories with diff color tops, some bunk, some good gh.  But the human grade market is much harder to assess because we rarley see it being sold.

Strong market for Serostim. People will pay $500-600 a kit locally.
I would only trust serostim kits if a person with HIV handed them over to me.
That is what serostim is prescribed for, and it is actually somewhat available where
I am at (San Francisco bay area). Still, I never purchase any because it is not direct
from the source, I just know people who claim to get it from HIV patients.
I hear there are a lot of serostim fakes because the packaging is not all that complex,
and because people seem to get a boner over the Serono name.
I see someone on pro muscle about to carry them.... I highly doubt its the real deal.
I would just stick to a trusted brand of Chinese made GH like eli green tops.

i know plenty of people who pay 250 per kit for serostim from aids patients.

i also know plenty of guys who pay 700 (also from aids patients). it really depends on what kind of patient you are dealing with. if he is old and ignorant of the bodybuilding market, you are golden. however, certain aids patients know they can get upwards of 700 for one fucking kit.
