You guys are suckers. Don't compliment the "CO(ckro)ACH" about someone else's boat. The loan will probably not get approved. The "CO(ckro)ACH" knows it and I know it. When my grandfather was 19 he had an 18 year old wife three children, two full time jobs and was going to college at night for book keeping. Today the only sacrificers are hard working black men.
