how does insulin enlarge the stomach to such grotesque size?

I don't have any studies in front of me or anything, but isn't it the chronically elevated IGF levels growing the intestines?  Or at least part of the problem is that?
I also wonder if because of the GH if the ab muscles are growing new fibers and becoming very thick, much more so than in the pre-GH era.

The gut is caused by 1 thing: INSULIN

Its not the GH as the 'natural' guys in all the mister universes and mister whatevers use tons of GH. 10, 20 and 30 units each and every day.

No gut to be seen and those guys are the leanest s.o.b.s. in the business.
