HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA Anybody that thinks we use fake plates are more than welcome to come down to the gym and watch, we're there every monday. Don't think Stan would be part of something like that.

We'll see, I'm currently working with Stan on my deadlift...my boys all wanna see me in a thong, but I don't know if I wanna go that route lol I wouldn't mind getting into some kind of powerlifting, Stan has offered to have Ed Coan help me over the summer...And I'd be a fool not to take advantage of that offer. Honestly right now Eric is the main concern, we're a pretty tight group and I know Eric will be there for me when I need him, but right now is his time to shine !!!
