I am not completely endurance athlete , my goal is endurance with some muscle mass
I am not a marathon runner or sprinter , I am into muay Thai for 3 years
I do heavy deadlifts , heavy squats , heavy bench ,heavy military press every week
For example I don't want to be huge like Arnold Schwarzenegger , I want a physique similar to jean claud van dame - with some muscle mass and good cardiovascular stamina , I am not able to express my goals in exact words
I am not into pure endurance and i am not into pure hypertrophy , It is in between endurance and hypertrophy
Actually I was clean bulking for past 4 years , I was 197 pounds ,accidentally I took winny to get ripped
I got down to 8% bf and vascular with some muscle mass , but when I stopped winstrol my appetite went up and I felt hungry more often , I started eating more carbs and went to 12% body fat unfortunately
I am not worried about body fat right now , I am worried about My test levels now , after few weeks when I get back to Normal I will start my hard work to get ripped again
My plans are - I am currently happy with 200 pounds body frame , just want to get more ripped ( through improving endurance ) and clean bulking is my long term goal
And thanks for informing that OTC products may lead to little suppression , I will stick to clomid for now , thanks again
