I do it, same with socks. Water is a scarce resource, no need to waste it on almost perfectly clean underwear of 2 days ago :)

Always fresh ones.

You don't like washing them buy merino wool underwear. You can wear that shit for days on end without any stank. Comes in real handy for camping trips.
