if your not sure then keep thinking about it till you are sure

if different groups of food or combinations of foods make you feel any different or have more energy, as apposed to other foods or one type of food, THAT ISTHE ACTION of influencing "genetics" at the cellular level

calorie restriction is  influencing of genetics as well as the action of denial of other genetics. I always try to reason with the opposing argument or in other words argue against myself, to find a true understanding and not just "my" understanding or way of seeing it...because there is absolutley no reason anyone needs meat, it serves no nutritional value higher than any other foods when seeking protien . Its heme-iron content is one of meats biggest nutritional downfalls

When they did blood work they said my liver values were fucked up.  I know the reason of course.  I think I am done with "supplements" for a while.  I never want to go through this again.  I wouldn't wish this pain on my worst enemy.

hahahahaha.

well man, do you remember that nutrition prof who did the cal restriction diet eating the bulk of his cals from "junk" ie. potato chips, choclate bars etc

even though he ate these so-called "unhealthy" foods his health markers greatly improved, which was the result of calorie restriction and not so-called "healthy" foods

ie. you can eat whatever da fuck you want to eat ;D

again man, i firmly believe that GENETICS are the trump card brother

im betting he did much less physical activity eating those sorts of foods. what do you think, do you think he was more active eating junk while restricting calories?

if my theory is true of him actually doing less with caloric restriciton with junkfood what is the enevitable result. My guess would be an enevitable rebound weight gain induced by weird cravings because your body has been deprived of highly nutriononal foods.

eating junk and restricting calories may look good on paper in the short run and actually show good results in the short run but over time it lacks vitamins and colon health and even organ health

perhaps one could be constipated as fuck eating junk food but have good blood pressure but all sorts of cancers brewing in the colon and other areas because hes not eating health but but may check out good in other areas like cholesterol

see what im saying?

My uncle had majors problem with them a few years ago. They had to "break them up" in order to get him to past. My cousin said his father was pretty much in tears for hours when he had them, the first time he ever heard him crying or truly in pain.

I just got out of hospital yesterday.  Anyone else ever had a kidney stone?  Pure freaking hell.

They never found a stone but with all the symptoms ie: blood in urine, back pain, the feeling of getting kicked in the nuts for 48 hours..lol.

I still have a little back pain but nothing like it was on Thursday and Friday.  When will the back pain throbbing feeling go away?

This sucks  >:(

I've had half a dozen kidney stones all on the same side.  this stuff works great for me but it depends on what your kidney stone is composed of.  I think this works good for the most common kind but not others.  For me within 24 to 48 hours of taking this stuff I piss what's left of the stone which is pretty small after this breaks it down. Drink a lot of water. Up your fats a little, maybe some extra olive oil.

Never had the feeling of being kicked in the nuts, maybe it's not a kidney stone you have.

I've had kidney stones a few time over the last 12 years or so. The thing I found best that worked for me in passing the stone is to be on

muscle relaxers not pain killers. Muscle relaxers made the stone pass much more quickly without the overwhelming pain. Where as the pain killers

would only help the pain out a little but wouldn't relax the muscles which is what made the difference in the stone passing.

Not Sure

What kind of dosages were you using? And were you heavy on the orals?

I don't completely trust the health care system. Your symptoms of a kidney stone are also symptoms of a fatty liver. Do you booze it up at all while "ON"?
