Came to work this morning and logged onto my email and was sent update photos of the one and only DR FIST. I'm putting them up because I know how much you respected him when he used to post here. He was and IS one of the toughest people that ever had an account here and is responsible for running many people off this board. Check them out and enjoy as you can see he is much leaner than before. He still smokes and drinks but he's training like a son-of-bitch and it shows. Take care.
