1993 Wheeler one of the best Physiques ever A/C and iron-man only a Prime Yates or Coleman imo could of beaten him in this type of shape, Phil looks Cartoonish, BDB is Exceptional, time will tell how far he can take or improve his Physiue

But I'm sure he couldn't beat a 99 Flex Wheeler yet.

Flex has far far better flow to his physique.

Better lines, better structure, Phil is more freaky though.

And that's your reasoning? Phil looked his best when he first came on the scene at 220ish, just like Flex did. Flex at the 93 was roughly 216, and had no gut. Phil has had a gut for awhile now.
His spinal erectors are not as striated as Flex, nor does he have cross-striations in his quads like Flex.
And Flex in 97 beat a 280 pound Nasser at the 97 AC, and using Jay's back as a guide, Nasser of back then would have beaten the Jay of today---meaning Nasser could have been a 4 time Mr. O

Flex has better lines, better back detail, better legs, abs. Arms and delts=same, traps=same, Chest, advantage Phil, but Flex was better put together.

Very similar physiques in terms of lines and conditioning but Flex is put together with a greater flow and has more dryness and hardness to him, however Phil is more muscular, Flex has better chest shoulders and back, Arms are close but I will give the edge to Phil, Phil on Hams (probably the best hams in bodybuilding today, quads are a toss up, so I say Flex wins but Phil is thicker so it would be impossible to really know unless they were on the same stage at their prime cause thickness is hard to compare through pictures
