Good video and I agree with it however this video doesn't get you the best price.
The way to get best price is through online shopping.
Use cars.com, auto trader, and ebay.
Find the car you want with the mileage and year you can afford. Then start narrowing your search.
Ask the dealers/sellers if there are complete service records for the vehicle.
I just bought a vehicle this way and it worked out beautifully. I bought a vehicle about $2,500 below wholesale value. ...which is around $5,000 below retail price.
