i haven't had rice in 6 months...

didn't know about the arsenic though...

interesting... carbs are even more toxic than I thought  ;D

i eat a cup of rice wild,or brown mix several times a wk maybe 3/4 days so i guess it;s time to cut back,,scary as with everything the gov't/fda throw or deem as a risk,,u can't win.
