Morning breakfast:
3 packets of Oatmeal
2 scoops of N-large 2
1 teaspoon of Cinnamon
+ 1 cup of Raisins

= A SHIT load of Carbs
Mixed into one big bowl, add water and heat for one minute, and serve.
Takes about 20 minutes to eat for me but then that's why I read the newspaper.
