No one owns anything but me....EVERYTHING in that gym is owned by me free and clear, paid in cash and ZERO debt. I thought about investors but then I slapped myself knowing if I did it wouldn't be entirely my gym. The 11 new clients that came in are the equivalent to about 28 new clients at $19mo at a commercial gym. I wouldn't take a partner for anything. BTW, seems you're business knowledge is a little skewed.
