When I just lift weights 5 days a week I have a good appetite but I rarely find myself wanting to eat like a madman, but for the last month I started doing 45 minutes a day of cardio and holy shit I want to eat non stop. I find myself wanting to take in more calories than I did before starting the cardio. I have been fighting the urge to binge everday but I don't lack the will power that sickens me. I've noticed a big difference in my weight loss, but I can see how people who don't have the will power find themselves in reverse when adding cardio and wonder why they aren't losing any pounds.
