This can't be true cause I feel the throat rash within the same couple hours of injecting my first shot of tren then gets worse for a couple days then almost goes away after 2 weeks, has to be something in the actual tren, has to be.

I've heard many explanations about the cough.

I have gotten it bad enough to where i was laying on the floor having a coughing fit and gasping for air. I honestly thought i was going to suffocate because i couldn't even take 1/8 of a breath for about 3 minutes. I was sweating like crazy and felt like i was blacking out. This was from HG Test though which throws another variable into the mix.

Some people tend to get it worse than others. I can think of about 5 instances where i was literally coughing so hard my eyes were watering and i was seeing stars. I've had to sit down because i got dizzy and thought i was going to black out. I've gotten the cough from several compounds including Tren H and Test E.

Oh, I know for sure you can cough off of any substances, what happen to you I have heard before, I understand that part, but what I am saying Tren cough or not a cough for me just a very harsh throat comes specifically from something in the tren, not from the injection or what or where it happens to travel, its specifically a result of that particular compound, fact.

I agree.

I seem to get that tightness you describe as well from Tren all the time.

I read a nice explanation of it a few years ago, but i can't track down that article at the moment.

Also many people report that while on tren their cardio goes to shit so it must also effect the lungs, well if you find that explanation please let us know, I am certainly curious

thats funny that you mention this, and overload seems to get it too

i was thinking i was coming down with sinus infection/upper respiratory infection mixed with bad allergies this year

my throat feels scratchy and irritated, always want to "Clear it out" like "ahem ahem ahem". it's getting fucking annnoying. I wonder if the tren is doing that to me.

No not at all, it hits you hard at first, it lasts about a week or two then it goes away, however the rest of the time you are on Tren you are vulnerable, like if you go for  a sprint or something along those lines then the irritation sets in again. This is my experience with it.

This almost sounds like a severe asthma attack that goes away on it's own. Other descriptions people have stated such as sore throat, cough sound like an allergy. The feeling of suffocation could also be metabolic, such as respiratory or metabolic acidosis. Or even worse is the oil is going into the vein and causing a temporary pulmonary embolism. In that case if it doesn't clear soon enough you die!!I wonder if any one has studied this. All the same it's sounds fairly serious but common. i suppose an old dude could end up with a heart attack if this happened to them. Hitting a vein could explain the sudden onset but not the delayed others describe. I have just started Tren E for the first time and don't look forward to this!!!
It's not Tennis!
