310-330 seems to be where I'm hanging at. Closer to 330 now but got a meet July 7th will be 308 for that meet. Bench around 530 raw and clean.

Powerlifting is a total joke.....These so called lifts are performed with ridiculous power suits.....it's pure nonsense. Powerlifting suits should be outlawed. IMHO
