Hey guys, what foods do u feel make u look full and not bloated, after dieting for a while?

protein fat meals. A good 200gram chicken portion with 1/4 to 1/2 cup of almonds and I'm full, drink 500ml of water after... You're good.

  A diet higher in fats and proteins will keep you satiated longer. Apples and small peppermint-flavored candies help curb my apetite, too.

Big apple straight from the fridge, with a pint of water

Bowl of sugar free raspberry jello, with a dollop of greek yoghurt and few raisins, and pint of water etc

Tastes great and stops you heading for the peanut butter haha  ;D
