as a kid growing up I used to listen to BDP, PE, Big Daddy Kane, Heavy D, Fat Boys, Run DMC, Grandmaster Flash, Ice T, D Nice, Jungle Bros, Eric B and Rakim, EPMD, 3rd Bass, etc. 

That was when hip hop was awesome.  KRS One is still my all time fav.

Neither do I.  But it doesn't matter whether you start threads or not, you still make generalized statements about whites based on your own limited experience.   You regularly paint white people with a broad brush as if every white person has the exact same motivations and background.
