Stupid ice is ruining my physique.

Everytime I put ice in my water bottle prior to adding protein powder, the stupid ice floats to the top and forces the protein powder to ricochet off the ice and fall on the floor. I've got no mass because of this. Stupid ice.

use the blender if possible, i use 3 peices of ice with my shake. if you use 4 peices of ice the shake will be ruined

Yeah but I heard ice can make you fuck like an animal and it makes the bitches get all horn dogged out too.
