Dumb. If you have something worth saying, why send a bus to honk the horn at someone else, instead of actually saying it? If nothing else, people will just call you immature. Romney should have waited until Obama finished his speech, gotten on the roof of that bus and given a speech specifically saying "The President said X. Here's why it's a bad idea and what I would do instead!"
